Harry Potter: Forbidden Forest Experience Review – TheWackyDuo.com

All witches and wizards, if you are a Harry Potter fan, you have to see
this.

The Forbidden Forest from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer Stone is recreated at
Sentosa, Singapore, together with a host of Fantastic Beasts. This attraction
opens on 3rd February.

Walk into the depths of the dark forest and rediscover fantastic beasts and
illuminated wizarding world moments. Here are the highlights of this
spell-binding experience.

Highlights

1) Interactive Fantastic Beasts

Walk along the forested path, and you will encounter several fantastic beasts
interacting with you.

Take a bow at Hippogrift, and he will bow back.

Do not stand too close to them, or else they might react!

2) Cast your own Spells

These stations are pretty awesome.

Can you duel like a wizard?

Have a battle with your friend using the wands provided, and see the magical
spells come alive!

Incendio

You can light up the lamps with a wave of your hands.

Nox

Extend your wand arm and see fireflies come to life.

Expecto Patronum

Wave your wand, shout Expecto Patronum and summon a powerful guardian to fend
of nasty dark creatures.

3) Magical Forest Creatures

Look out for forest creatures lurking in the woods.

Spot the unicorn if you can!

4) Download the app for more magic

There is a dedicated app for the event.

Look out for icons on the floor; the App will automatically connect for more
interactive fun.

5) Flying Car from Harry Potter’s Chamber of Secrets

You would feel like you are on the Harry Potter’s Chamber of Secrets set when
you see this rustic car in the middle of nowhere.

6) Get a Harry Potter Souvenir

Head to the Emporium located across the street at the entrance of Siloso Beach
for some souvenirs

7) Grab a Hogwarts Treat and Butterbeer

While you are there, grab a Hogwarts Treat and Butterbeer.

On that note, a Butterbeer cost a whopping $14 per cup. For that price, you
can get a souvenir cup at Universal Studios Japan. It’s a tad expensive, but
it tasted like the real deal.

There is also a Butterbeer station in the middle of the walking trail if you
are thirsty.
