Hobbledown in Epsom, Surrey is hosting Sen Christmas this year, featuring Sen Santa – a sensitive Santa session for children with special educational needs.
At Sen Christmas, children can meet and take photos with Sen Santa and his reindeer, allowing children to meet Santa in his Grotto in a more relaxed, stress-free environment.
Taking place on December 18th, Sen Christmas involves:
- Entry and access to Hobbledown between 9 am and 11 am.
- Enjoy the use of our indoor play barn 9 am-10 am. During this time, the play barn will be exceptionally quiet with no music playing.
- Between 10 am and 11 am, Santa will be in his Grotto, allowing free-flow visits. There will be no music, but there will be bubbles around the Teepee area. Children will be able to enter and leave the Teepee as many times as they would like within the hour.
- When the children feel ready, they can collect their coin from Santa, hopefully, have a photo with their grown up, and visit the elf store to choose their gift. Our elves will be on hand for a quiet interaction to assist you in any way they can.
Sen Christmas promises a heartwarming experience for visitors of all abilities.
The award-winning Broadway and West End hit show Shrek the Musical, currently thrilling audiences on tour, will transfer to the iconic Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith for six weeks only from 19 July 2024. Antony Lawrence (Shrek), Joanne Clifton (Princess Fiona), James Gillan (Lord Farquaad), Brandon Lee Sears (Donkey), and Cherece Richards (Dragon) will continue to play to packed houses across the UK and Ireland until May 2024 before heading to the Eventim Apollo in London from 19 July – 31 August 2024.
